How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is $5.00 per order.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 5 to 8 business days. Holidays and peak seasons can add a few days.
How do I track my order?
We email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships. You can also check your order status from your account.
What if my order doesn't arrive?
If tracking hasn't updated for 10 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days, email support@maevoo.com. If it's lost, we send a replacement or a full refund.
What if my item arrives damaged or doesn't work?
Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or video. You get a full refund and keep the item.
Can I return something I don't like?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery, as long as it's unused and in its original packaging. Email us first for the return address. Return shipping is paid by you. See our refund policy for details.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, free of charge until it ships. Email support@maevoo.com with your order number.
