Shipping cost

Standard shipping is $5.00 per order.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 5 to 8 business days. Delivery can take a little longer during holidays and peak seasons.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number. You can also see your order status in your account or through the link in your shipping email.

Wrong address

Please check your address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us right away at support@maevoo.com. We can update the address only before the order ships.

Lost or late parcels

If your tracking has not updated for 10 days, or your order has not arrived within 15 business days, email support@maevoo.com with your order number. We will track it down and, if it is lost, send a replacement or a full refund.
