30-day refund policy

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a refund.

Damaged, faulty or wrong item

If your item arrives damaged, does not work, or is not what you ordered, email us at support@maevoo.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo or video of the problem. Once we confirm it, you get a full refund and you keep the item. No need to send anything back.

Changed your mind

If you no longer want an item that works as it should, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Email us first and we will send you the return address. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all parts included. Return shipping is paid by you. Once the return arrives and passes inspection, we refund the item price.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, they appear within 5 to 10 business days after we issue them. Original shipping fees are not refunded for change-of-mind returns.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order free of charge until it has shipped. Email support@maevoo.com with your order number.
